Tell us about yourself.
I am a passionate person, who likes challenges and has no fear of taking risks in life, I believe that in order to be a better version of myself I have to help others, I prefer to let my work speak on my behalf which is the best way to express my self.

Why did you decide to work at IRIS Technology?
IRIS Technology is one of the leading companies in the network and security field of the Middle East, to be ounce am lucky that they are decided to work with me not visa verse, being in IRIS has made me mature on a scientific and intellectual level.

Tell me about your department goals.
Our department helping and giving consultation to customers to get them their best solutions for their companies, align with other departments we are helping our customers to build the best and the most secure platform, so they can be protected and safe from any attack, we also help our customer to define what best they need to choose about their network infrastructure on both physical and active way since we are at the top of the partnership program in most of our product portfolio Help us provide customers with the best solutions and prices.

How do your measure your success? 
My success is based on 3 factors: my customer's satisfaction, being their true consultant and getting recommended by them to new customers, and of course my fully achieved target 😊 

Where do you see yourself in ten years?
I see myself as Head of Sales Departments at IRIS Technology Middle East, and I think it will be in less than 10 years Inshallah.

Can you identify some challenges you've had in your first 30 days?
I was fresh, young, and has no experience at all I was terrified of failing, being rejected from the IT community, choosing the wrong career path but my mentor Mr. Mohammad helped me getting through all these fears and made me knew that am choosing the right choice.

What is the most meaningful part of your job?
When I heard the voice of satisfaction in my customer's voices after finishing the project and going beyond their expectations, and when we as a team complete a hard mission no matter we win it or not, the important thing we did it as a team.

What motivates you to work hard?
My Mom, When my manager teases me or someone challenged me and when I have the feeling that if I worked hard, I will get the project, on top of that I need to deserve the salary I get every month.

What is your favorite thing about your career? Getting to know a lot of people, making a lot of relationships, being a multi-tasking person.

Travelling, Reading, Swimming

What is your favorite childhood memory?
When my Dad (God bless his soul) get outside after midnight looking for an apple because I was telling him that I want it right away, and he found one on the tree, it was a big green one, I can still remember how it tastes like I was I ate it yesterday. 

How do you relax after a hard day of work?
Meeting my friends, eating with my family, playing cards. 

What inspires you to succeed every day?
Every Day consider a new adventure in life, it might be a beautiful or painful one, you have to live the day to find out, so getting to know what the adventure of today inspires me to stand and start my day.
