· Tell us about yourself: My name is Mohammad Khasawneh, I graduated from Princess Sumaya University for Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering. After graduation, I started my career in the IT industry and specialized in the networking and security field. During my first job, I built a strong technical experience in the latest network and security technologies, also I accomplished many certifications from different vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, and Fortinet. Currently, I’m working in IRIS Technology as Network and Security Engineer.

· How do you prefer to start your day at work?
Preparing a schedule for any new or pending tasks.
· What is the biggest challenge you've faced in work?
To gain and maintain trust with IRIS customers which has been built over the years by the IRIS team.
I was one of the presenters in the Fortinet event organized by IRIS Technology in October 2021.
During less than one year in IRIS Technology, I’ve accomplished three professional certificates in Networking and security, and currently, I’m planning to accomplish more certificates in Cybersecurity.
In an IRIS company, there are a lot of opportunities to grow and develop, either from the day-to-day tasks or from the recourses and the tools that are provided for the team.
· Name three things you like most about working in IRIS Technology?
The appreciation, teamwork, and systematic work.
