Early Talent Program
A practical launchpad for students, recent graduates, and career starters ready to learn fast, contribute seriously, and build real technology capability.
From potential to capability
The IRIS Early Talent Program supports university students approaching graduation, recent graduates, boot-camp learners, and early-career professionals who want meaningful exposure to enterprise technology.
Participants learn alongside experienced engineers, consultants, sales professionals, project teams, and global technology partners. The focus is practical: understand the fundamentals, work professionally, solve problems, and build evidence of what you can do.
Program format, duration, and available tracks depend on current business capacity and candidate fit. Completion does not guarantee employment, but strong performance creates a credible path toward future opportunities.

Each placement is anchored in one discipline while exposing participants to the commercial, operational, and customer context around the technology.
