This notice applies to personal data collected through the IRIS Technology website, direct enquiries, event or business interactions initiated through the site, and Early Talent applications. It does not replace a customer, employee, supplier, or project-specific privacy notice where one applies.
IRIS Technology acts as the responsible organization for this website’s personal-data processing. The relevant IRIS branch manages requests connected to its market and relationship.
Information we collect
Depending on your interaction, we may receive your name, business contact details, employer, role, location, enquiry content, communication history, and technical information provided by your browser or an embedded service.
Early Talent applications may also include education, graduation year, preferred career track, profile links, motivation, mobile number, location, and an attached CV. Please do not submit sensitive personal data that is not relevant or requested.

The site uses third-party services for specific functions. Early Talent submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit to the IRIS recruitment mailbox. The Contact page embeds Google Maps, and the header may load LinkedIn’s official follow component. These providers may receive device, browser, network, cookie, or submitted information under their own privacy terms.
Links to partner and social platforms take you to independent websites. IRIS is not responsible for their privacy practices.
Sharing and international transfers
Personal data may be shared on a need-to-know basis with authorized IRIS personnel, relevant group operations, hosting and technology providers, professional advisers, or competent authorities. Where information is processed or accessed across borders, IRIS applies contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards required by applicable law.

We retain information only for the period reasonably required for the stated purpose, business relationship, dispute management, recruitment consideration, security, or legal obligations. IRIS uses risk-based administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Subject to applicable law and valid exceptions, you may request information about processing, access to your personal data, correction or updating, deletion or destruction, restriction or objection, withdrawal of consent, or a copy in an available format.
