F5
Keep applications available, secure and observable.

F5 application delivery and security addresses load balancing, web protection and distributed application connectivity. We design services around application health, TLS, persistence and failover rather than deploying a virtual server without operational validation.

IRIS Technology / Delivery capabilities

Why IRIS for F5

Architecture, implementation and an accountable operational handover.

Engagement deliverablesApplication service design, TLS and health-check configuration, WAF tuning and failover test results.
01

Design around dependencies

Assess existing architecture, owners and critical integrations. Record sizing assumptions, prerequisites and acceptance criteria before product selection.

02

Implement with change control

Pilot representative workloads, validate compatibility and stage production changes with agreed rollback criteria.

03

Hand over an operable service

Deliver configuration records, test evidence and runbooks. Define support boundaries, escalation and lifecycle responsibilities.

Capabilities & products

Solution scope

Select the capabilities that meet your control objectives, application dependencies and operating model.

01

Application delivery

Define health checks, traffic policies, persistence and resilient delivery for critical application services.

BIG-IP • Load balancing
02

Web and API protection

Tune application protection against real transactions, authentication paths and legitimate API behavior.

F5 application security
03

Modern application services

Align ingress, reverse proxy and application connectivity with deployment and security requirements.

NGINX • Distributed application services
Requirements & controls

Control objectives and evidence

Technology supports a control programme; it does not establish compliance on its own. Validate policies, operating procedures and evidence alongside implementation.

Application exposure and access

Validate protected paths, authentication, origin restrictions and documented exceptions.

Availability and change assurance

Record health checks, failure behavior and rollback results for critical application flows.

Before implementation

Technical questions

Questions to resolve before committing to a platform or deployment scope.

Which application behaviors must be tested before an ADC cutover?

Validate session persistence, authentication, health-check accuracy, TLS and long-running requests. Exercise member and appliance failure scenarios, and confirm rollback. Protection policies should be tuned independently from availability configuration so security changes do not obscure delivery faults.

What is confirmed before product selection and quotation?

We confirm the current product edition, supported versions, deployment options, integration prerequisites and license scope. Availability, subscription terms and required add-ons are checked for the proposed environment rather than inferred from portfolio branding.

Can the engagement include ongoing support or managed operations?

Support and managed operations can be scoped around agreed assets, responsibilities, service windows and escalation arrangements. Monitoring, change authority and vendor escalation are documented in the service scope; they are not assumed to be included with a product license.

Regional delivery

F5 expertise. Local accountability.

IRIS Technology delivers F5 architecture, implementation, migration and support scopes through established operations in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. Products, licensing and responsibilities are confirmed for each engagement.
